Do you charge for quotes?

First site visit and quote are free within Melbourne. For sites further out, a travel charge may apply — agreed before any visit.
How quickly will I hear back?

I reply to enquiries within three business days. After we've spoken and I've seen the site, you'll have a detailed written quote within five to seven business days for most jobs.
Where do you work?

Across Melbourne and the surrounding suburbs. For larger projects I'll travel further into regional Victoria — happy to discuss.
Is there a minimum job size?

No strict minimum. Small repairs, one-off jobs, weekend fixes — all welcome. Smaller jobs are often grouped with other work in your area to keep callouts sensible.
What are your payment terms?

A 30% deposit is standard, agreed upfront based on the scope of work. Progress payments follow at agreed milestones. Final payment is due on completion and walk-through.
Do you do insurance work?

Yes. Insurance and repair work is part of the trade — I'll liaise directly with assessors and provide the documentation insurers need.
Are you insured?

Yes — $10 million public liability cover. Certificate of currency available on request.
When can I reach you?

On the tools Monday to Friday, so calls outside business hours may take a day to return. Leave a message and I'll get back as soon as I can — sooner for urgent or insurance work.
